consumers trust
Why is it a small bussiness is more interested in E-commerce
Many people say that e-commerce make their businesses become easier...
But did they know that e-commerce can also gave them disadvantages despite than the advantages?
There are some of the disadvantages by doing e-commerce..
- high marketing
- limited market price
- high cost by doing business, etc.
what does a successful site look like?
Actually customers are coming to your site to get information or to purchase a product. They are not interested in the aesthetics of your site. You still need to be interested in the look of your site, since it is your company online. Branding is the visual imagery you apply to your logo, brochures, products and packaging. Branding visually defines you. Your website should reflect your current branding. McDonald’s brand is the golden arches, Coca Cola’s brand is the white swirl on the red background. You don’t need to read the label to know that a product came from McDonald’s or Coca Cola; all you need to see is the brand image. To create a successful branding campaign, you need to apply your brand (visual image) to all visual aspects of your products, including your website. To create a successful website, use your branding images as the basis for your web design.
Spend the time up front laying out your site for easy navigation. A poorly laid out site will confuse visitors. If it takes visitors more than 3 clicks to get information they need, or if it takes a page longer than 20 seconds to download, the visitors is likely to leave your site. Currently, most successful sites are using generation-three layout, which includes top and side navigation bars to simplify information access. This way, the visitors can easily access subtopics from the side bar navigation and quickly move major subjects via the top navigation.

How can your company benefit from e-commerce?
The Internet brings you closer to your customer since it allows customers and partners to access information directly. Through the internet, your company’s product information can be accessed directly from the purchase’s desktop. The internet:
♦ Makes the size of a company irrelevant. Large and small companies have the same access to customers and can create the same kind of Internet presence.
♦ Makes the location of a company irrelevant. Customers located any where can easily access your company’s site. You can support customers outside of your geographic area.
♦ Increases feedback. You have instantaneous access to your customer responses and feedback when you publish new marketing and pricing programs and new products on your web site.
I hope to those who read this post about E-commerce will try and explore E-commerce as it brings a lot of benefit and profit to your company.

e-commerce . . IN THE EYES OF ISLAM

B2B and B2C of E-commerce
Business-to-business is experiencing volatile growth rate on the internet. Companies nowadays no matter about their size and types, now mutually selling and buying products and services on the internet.
Many things have their own benefits. it is same likes business-to-business. it make people life easier. It also offers others benefits such as less human involvement, more efficiency and more advertising exposure. It is a win-win situation for both buyer and seller.
In everything we do we have to be careful right...So If you want to buy something from internet you have to be careful and check whether the company is really there in real life and still doing business or not.......
Business-to-consumer is basically a concept of online marketing and distributing products and services over the internet. In this era globalization, it is natural for many retailer who sells directly to customer. For the consumers, they do not have to waste time fighting the very real crowds in supermarkets, when from the comfort home they can easily shop online at anytime and anywhere that can connect to the internet and have the goods delivered directly to their home.
THE POSITIVE SIDE OF E-COMMERCE
1. Makes the size of a company as not important.
By doing business online, the size of a company is not a big comparison anymore in the business world. Large or small companies have the same access to customers and can create the same kind of internet presence.
2. The internet makes the location of a company irrelevant.
With the emergence of e-commerce, a company can easily access and be accessed by customer regardless where they are. Geographical area is not a matter anymore. A company can support customers outside its geographical area.
3. Increases feedback.
The internet helps a company to receive feedback from their customers. The traditional way of trade caused most companies to have only a little exposure to their customer’s comments and feedback. This is especially true for the business which do not has direct access to its final customer (b2b). The internet interactive qualities and simple tool such as “contact us” button give customers an easy way to give their feedback.
ü For consumer:
1. The internet reduces costs
The e-commerce presence in today’s world helps the household to reduce their cost when shopping. This is because, the online shopping does not require a person to pump fuel to her or his car and travelling for miles just to have what he or she are looking for.
2. Time and energy is saved
E-commerce allows household to shop to various online stores with a very minimum energy. All we need to do is open any devices that can connect to the internet, connect to the internet and “walk” to various interested stores by just a click. Does not that save energy and time?

If we go to a shopping mall and look for a shirt, we may go into several stores. Our shopping habbits include checking the quality, sizes, colours, and prices of different shirts at different stores. When a decision is made, we place the shirt that we chose in our shopping cart and continue shopping. When we are done, we go to the counter to pay for it. To pay for your shirt, you could provide the cashier with your credit card. E-commerce uses shopping metaphors to deine the process of gathering product information and purchasing those products through the internet. We are actually doing online shopping when reviewing products on the internet. When we are done with online shopping and decide to buy, we can click a purchase button and moved to an online purchasing site. We need to give our shipping address and credit card number in order to complete the transaction.
