Many legal issues rise as eletronic commerce expand. One of the major issue is electronic contract. Although the door is left open for maket activities, Muslims are provided with general guidelines. Market activities must be ruled on according to what most suitable and beneficial approach. However in the case of electronic commerce, there remain a need for futher examination and evaluation by the Isalmic expert and ulama'. An appropriate Islamic rules are required for the development of this global economy's effect.
